Annual General Meeting
The Group holds an Annual General Meeting within six months of the end of its financial year.
Notification is usually given to all members at least 21 days prior to the event.
The business of the Annual General Meeting is to:
- receive reports of the activities of the past year,
- receive and approve the Audited/Examined accounts of the previous year,
- elect the Officers,
- and transact any other business on the agenda.
You need to be a Member to vote at the AGM.
2026 AGM
The 2026 AGM will be held at Gwydir Castle, Llanrwst LL26 0PN at 2pm on Tuesday 16th June.
Nominations for Trustees to be received by the Secretary by Friday 22nd May.
